Use of the Service
The Service is provided to help strength coaches build and assign training programs. You're responsible for the content you create. Don't use the Service to do anything unlawful or to harass other users.
AI features
The AI program-generation features produce a draft for a coach to review. The model can be wrong; you're the qualified professional. Always review prescriptions before assigning them to an athlete.
Account & data
You can export or delete your data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the product.
