Trainer Nerd (“we”) provides a program-building tool for strength coaches. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Account data — your email, name, and the records you create (programs, exercises, client assignments).
- Usage data — basic analytics so we can fix bugs and improve the product.
How we use it
Only to run the product for you — to render your programs, sync across devices, and respond to support. We don't sell your data.
AI generation
When you use the AI program-generation features, the brief you provide (program name, focus, equipment, notes) is sent to our LLM provider strictly to produce the requested program. Athlete personally-identifying information is not sent.
